About Sigalit Blumer

 
Dr. Sigalit Blumer is the only and most seasoned pediatric dental specialist in Holon. Dr. Blumer is one of the leading pediatric dental specialists in Israel. She is a member of the Professional Committee tasked with maintaining the professional and ethical standards of pediatric dental specialists in Israel, and also a member of the Israel Dental Association and the Association of Pediatric Dentistry. 

In her clinic she performs a wide range of dental treatments and all treatments are characterized by the implementation of the most advanced techniques, know-how and materials worldwide. Among others, she performs the following treatments:

 
Dr. Sigalit Blumer specializes in treating anxious children and hyperactive children, by means of behavioral and therapeutic techniques she has developed by herself, which combine computerized anesthesia, without pain; Laughing Gas (Nitrous Oxide) - to improve collaboration; blurring techniques with medications and general anesthesias. Each child receives the attention and love he needs, with patience and full attention from Dr. Blumer.

Dr. Blumer graduated in dentistry at the University of Tel Aviv in 1988 and received a Certificate of Excellence from the Federation of Dentists. She finished her specialization in pediatric dentistry at the University of Tel Aviv. She is also licensed as a pediatric dental specialist by the Ministry of Health.

Dr. Blumer is a senior coordinator, instructor and lecturer at the Department of Pediatric Dentistry of the Tel Aviv University, and received in 2010 a Certificate of Appreciation as an "Outstanding Teacher" from the School of Dentistry at the Tel Aviv University, for imparting norms, values and professional knowledge to her pediatric dentistry students. In addition, she serves as an examiner in licensing exams for pediatric dentistry specialists, on behalf of the Scientific Council and the Ministry of Health. 
 

Dr. Blumer has contributed to the community for years through her volunteer activities, in organizing dental treatments for children with disabilities, within the scope of Akim's "Special Olympics" program. She has published dentistry articles in the professional literature worldwide. She is a member of the reduced professional panel consisting of the leading pediatric dental specialists in Israel.
